Meet Me — Dari Lynn, Your Queen Team Client Care & Administrative Coordinator (Unlicensed)

With 14 years in the customer service industry and almost 3 years in Real Estate Administration, Dare is passionate about making every day as seamless and enjoyable as possible.

Known for being positive, friendly, and loyal, I thrive on making sure our clients and team are well taken care of.

My days are anything but routine. After hitting the snooze button one too many times, I get ready for work before my twin toddlers wake up—though they do help by making my morning iced coffee! Once they’re at daycare, I head to the office to tackle emails, submit offers, and plan my day and week. The team here keeps me busy, and I’m always on my toes ensuring everything runs smoothly. Evenings are dedicated to my girls; I pick them up from daycare, prepare dinner, and lately, we’ve been enjoying puzzles together until bedtime.

Although my role doesn’t involve direct client interactions, I’m committed to going above and beyond behind the scenes. My priority is to support our team’s clients and ensure their satisfaction in any way I can.

In my spare time, I make an effort to stay active by working out a few times a week and enjoy spending time with family and friends. With warmer weather on the horizon, you’ll likely find me enjoying the outdoors. I also support The Manitoba Down Syndrome Society, attending events for my oldest nephew who has Down syndrome.

My biggest inspiration comes from my kids. I strive to be the best role model for them and hope they will look back with pride as they grow up. Originally from Winnipeg, I’m very close with my parents and two sisters, who are my best friends. My life is a joyful whirlwind with my identical twin daughters, who are 3 and a half, and our two French bulldogs. The house is often bustling with energy, but I cherish every moment of the delightful chaos.

My Role & What I Do for You

As the client-care and administrative coordinator at The Queen Team, I handle much of the essential — but often overlooked — work that keeps your real estate experience running smoothly:

  • Compliance and coordination — I’m the one scheduling most things for our agents: paperwork coordination, feature sheet drop-offs, courier timing, and all those behind-the-scenes follow-ups that keep your sale (or purchase) moving.

  • Database and tasklist mastery — also my jam. Your agents know your birthdays because I’ve added them to our system. They know when your couriers arrive because I’ve mapped and planned every client’s file.

  • Organization behind the scenes — I manage timelines, documents, files, and communication between agents, clients, inspectors, and lawyers, ensuring everyone stays aligned and nothing gets missed.

  • Client support — Need a water meter read because you’re out of province? That’s me. Getting keys to the lawyer on time? Also me. If it helps your transaction stay smooth, I’m on it.

  • Reliability and responsiveness — I make sure nothing slips through the cracks and appointments stay on track so you — and your REALTOR® — always know what comes next.
